It seems like my girl Halle Berry will never have a successful relationship with a man.  She’s been married and divorced which led her back in the dating pool and now a single mom. Besides being a mom, Halle and her ex Gabriel Aubry have been in court trying to resolve custody issues between their 2 1/2 yr old daughter Nahla. Recently, the two filed for joint custody but Halle has concerns about Gabriel’s parenting skills. Gabriel is being uncooperative which forces Halle to muscle in on the situation! Being split up and raising a child is difficult…I wish them the best!

Another reality show is coming to WE TV (like we really need it), this April!  Toni Braxton her 4 sisters and mom are ready to bring us super drama in 2011. The show is supposed to be filled with man issues, financial issues, and of course with a 6 w0man cast there’s definitely gonna be cat fights! The question is, are we going to tune in to watch these chicks or is this going to be another boring, scripted dull show with attention whores fighting for the spotlight? IDK! Wait…who styled this promo shoot? Just look at these homemade dresses! The colors aren’t coordinated at all and Toni’s dress is the ugliest one! UGh, don’t get me started. By the looks of this tacky photo shoot, the show will be wack. We’ll see…

Hello there my fabulous loves! So much has gone on since my hiatus-God has blessed me with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of the fashion industry. I must tell you…I absolutely love doing what I do and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! Just call up your girls and see if they have any items that they want to get rid of (they will) pick a location, grab some cheese and wine, shoot the text-vites(sorta like e-vites but through text-lol) and it’s on! Okay, so the new season of The Hills and The City premiered this week. Those of you that know me, know that I prefer The City over The Hills because Whitney rocks! But, I watch them both-anyways…I think the premiere of the City was great! Whitney has finally emerged as a designer and the spring line for Whitney Eve hit the runway! I’d say she’s definitely gonna make her mark in this world as a great designer…I loved the looks! The blonde chick Erin gets on my nerves for some reason…Olivia is Olivia and we all know she’s stuck on herself,lol! Roxy seems like a snake…

Now, The Hills had me just shaking my head. What is going on with Heidi? She’s lost her doggone mind! Her mom was so sad and she couldn’t believe that Heidi risked her life to get plastic surgery and now she looks like a cat! Then she had the nerve to ask her mom of she looked good?!? HEIDI C’MON! I don’t know when people will realize…plastic surgery will never fix confidence issues, ever! No body’s perfect-everyone has flaws, you just have to be who you are. The healing and fixing has to be done within! Heidi looks terrible and she can never go back to her original self…so sad~

 Academy and Grammy award winner Jennifer Hudson is looking awesome these days! She is the official spokesperson for Weight Watchers and she’s loving it! Jennifer just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy this past August and is focused and dedicated to losing weight and slimming down to a fashionable size. I couldn’t agree with you more Jen!  The reason why I try to watch my weight is because I love clothes and I want to wear them well! She looks great in the new WW commercials and I  believe once she reaches her goal she’ll maintain it well…LAF has faith in you girl! Ladies, if you don’t like the way your man looks in his jeans than try buying him a few pair. In the latest Cosmo mag, I came across an article that gives tips on how to buy your man better Jeans. Check out Cosmo’s tips-based on men’s body types:

No junk in the trunk-Flaps or buttons on the back pockets fill out the booty or go for smaller pockets set far apart-they create a rounder shape

Chicken legs-A few extra inches of room bulk up his physique, so go for straight leg or boot cut

Vertically Challenged-Make sure the jeans are proportioned to his body-a slim pair elongates whearas a baggy style makes him appear shorter

Brawny-if your dude is a little chubby grab the wide legs that fit closely at the thigh (but aren’t tight) and extend straight down—Remember dark fabric is slimming so stick with deep indigo rinses

Me, personally-I’ve always loved the way Usher’s jeans fit him-Not too tight, not too baggy…just right

LAF remembers Alexander McQueen~ McQueen was a British Fashion Designer discovered by style guru-the late Isabella Blow. The friendship between the two blossomed and Isabella became Alexander’s mentor. Blow committed suicide in 2007 and this left McQueen in a sad state of mind. On February 3rd of 2010 Mcqueen’s mother passed away leaving him in a dark, depressed state of mind. McQueen could not escape the depression and took his own life on February 11th-

 Posted is McQueen’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection, which he describes as a futuristic meltdown of the world.  This show seems eerie-like he knew the end of his life was near…see for yourself! Oh and check out the shoes!! How many of you would be able to walk in those!?!?
