Rihanna and Khloe both spotted wearing a black mini dress with sheer long sleeves with epaulettes and ankle boots! In my opinion they both dressed this look down with the ankle boots-I’m not really a fan of this look, but to each it’s own! Khloe girl, I think you would look better with a sleek bob!
