My Spa Day

I woke up feeling kind of down today, so I decided to try and shake off the negative and go to the Inizio Spa in Lowell, MA. Let me just tell you…those of you who have never been, need to make an appointment ASAP! Yes, it is a little  expensive but it is worth every penny! Although my spa day was a gift:)… I would pay for my next visit in a heartbeat. You owe it to yourself to be pampered every now and then. We get so caught up in our everyday lives and doing so much for others, that we don’t take time for ourselves and that’s when we start to lose it! I started out with a 60 minute  full body catania massage which was O’ so heavenly (I think I fell asleep)! Then I ended with a 60 minute facial which was actually my 1st facial and I loved it! I also received a bonus hand massage and conditioning as well as a neck massage…yes I was spoiled! A lot of people say facials are uncomfortable, but I say do what you gotta do so I can have healthy beautiful skin!! The facial wasn’t bad at all, I actually enjoyed it:) In between sessions, I sat there sipping my hot raspberry tea and trying to figure out how to fit a spa day in my monthly budget..LOL! All the ladies and men out there, you deserve to be pampered. Find a spa near you or get away for the weekend, it’s worth it!
