OK, this is a major problem for women in the urban communities. Ladies we are raised to grow up and believe that we are beautiful Queens! Why is it that we insist on wrapping our heads in scarves and or head wraps, and going out into public in the middle of the day? Now don’t get me wrong, there are exceptions to this. If you are on your way to a hair appointment, fine. If it is early in the morning, OK. If it is really late at night, understandable. But if it is Saturday afternoon, the sun is shining and you walk out of your house with a pair of pajama pants and your hair is still wrapped up from the night before, that says a lot about the type of woman you are.

Unwrap that hair, let the world see it girl! 9 out of 10 times the reason it’s wrapped up is because we’ve just gotten a fresh doobie (lol) WE know what those are…but take the rag off, create that part in your scalp and comb it on down. If your hair isn’t done, just throw on the GUCCI bucket, baseball cap or a cute little beret’! Even if you’re just going to the store, you never know who you’ll run into! In the words of my girl, the uber so FABULOUS Kimora Lee Simmons, ” DRESS EVERY DAY LIKE YOU’RE GOING TO SEE YOUR WORST ENEMY!” words to live by ladies, & trust me, you’ll meet plenty of men too! *wink wink*
